Screening

Teach Japan will screen your details.

Interviews

After screening you will be recommended to our partners in Japan (your potential employers) who will get in touch with you and organise interview appointments.

Interviews are usually conducted over Skype (video) but sometimes over telephone as well.

Contract agreement & Visa application

Successful applicants will be contacted to discuss contract details. Once the terms are agreed upon your visa application will begin.

Your employer will assist you in obtaining your visa.

Flight reservation

Once your visa application is on its way, you will liaise with your employer regarding when to arrive in Japan.

Let us know when you are expected to arrive in Japan so that we can assist you in finding the cheapest flight available.
